Dad went to Vietnam

George went to Vietnam to meet Dinh and Wong 6th - 10th Feb. Stayed at Hai Long 1 hotel in town centre. He visited the war musuem, the Chu Chi tunnels and the Mekong Delta. It was quite worrying cos there was outbreak of bird flu at that time. Bought lots of longan, beef jerky, noodles, stock, bangles, bags and scarves home.

Farewell to Uncle Ong

Uncle Ong has been our neighbour for almost 2 years now. He is a plant pathologist who worked in the Dept of Agriculture. He went back to KL to be with his wife, May on 3rd Feb 2009. He always appear to be a happy and cheerful man. We are going to miss him. Also had a chance to toss 'Yee Sang' with Uncle Ong family & Uncle John and family.
